Formative Assesment task – Term 4

 

Bumbing along in the car and passing the burnt down Rock,

Turning the corner on to the long, lengthy, twisty turny road

Houses on each side, the church one the right and the petrol station on the left

Driving over Rainbow Bridge to the house on Dolphin Avenue

I am at Hawks Nest, My Home away from Home.

 

The House is like a Castle to me, with it’s old brickwork and small bunkroom

It represents Family, Fun and Friendship, Hope, Love and Dreams to me

Sand and Waves, Waves and Sand. The beach calls out to me, It’s waves are welcoming arms

The marsh, the beach, the House and Winda Woppa

This is Hawks Nest, My Home away from Home.
